So What is an OC Tournament?

You draw an illustration showing your character and your opponents character fighting it out!

How do I join?
1.)You just need to prepare a reference sheet of your original character as a contest requirement~ No fixed format so be creative here are some samples! The only requirement is you must showcase the full front view of your character!



2.) Just comment in this journal entry and post  link of your OCs and say you'll join!

How many character can I enter

Only 1 character per deviant!

Are Boruto Timeline Character allowed?

-YES!!

Are existing Reference Sheet/Fan Character okay?

-Yess!

How is the opponent decided?

Randomly paired to available participants

What is the Criteria?

Criteria will be
50% Story of the Art
50% Execution
+ 5% For the Bonus Character

What is this bonus?

If you add a CANON Naruto Character in your entry you get a bonus its because we are a naruto group and not really an OC group so I want us to give even just a small amount of attention to CANON details~

A Canon character can just be an extra like he or she watches from afar, They can also be dead bodies or injured.

Any amount of canon characters is allowed it doesn't affect the bonus because the bonus is so far set at 5% I'm still thinking if I should increase it or not.

Are summon animals allowed?

Yes

What is the setting?

Setting for a fight changes every round and I will set it it will be random and will be part of the contest announcement.

Will ninja rank matter?

No

A Genin can win against a jounin and vice versa. For the sake of simplicity I'll be basing JUdging on 50% Story of illustration and 50% Execution and probably the 5% Bonus for the canon characters

How long will each round be?

1 Month

March 5th is the deadline for the application period.

What kind of art do you prefer?Do you prefer colored/Black and White?
-I just want a completed artwork, put in a background, add shading and yey a complete artwork with dynamic battle pose! It doesn't matter if its colored or it's black and white as long as it feels complete.

Who will be judging?

I will judge together with KakariGeikoGirl and we will also have the traditional send a note to vote thing
It will be 50% from us and 50% Public vote. If you will see from the previous 2 tournament we put our insights together with the results.

The Rules are:

1.) Have Fun!

2.) Don't take it personal if your opponent does something bad to your OC its a battle and a battle field cannot be controlled!

3.) We will have the traditional send a note to vote but if there is a battle that don't get any votes I will judge it personally. I will even add comments ^_^

4.) Adding a Canon Naruto Character in Your Entry will earn you BONUS points. We are a Naruto group afterall.
